God Prepared

However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard,

and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him— these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit.(1 Co 2:9–10, NIV).

Our purpose in life is not predicated on the opinions or views of others! Most people will give advice that bends to their own expectations and limitations. However, God's perspective of who we are to be and what we are to accomplish is always outside of human capacity. In other words, our purpose usually does not make sense to normal logic.

A human perspective most often begins with what we lack...we lack the education background, we lack the finances, we lack the support, we lack the right connections, we lack the right look or stature, and on and on. A God perspective begins with what we have...we have the experiences that provide us with wisdom, we have the discipline to keep trying, we have determination, we have a strong work ethic, we have faith because we have been to hell and back and are still standing! We can get the education, we can get the degree, we can make the connections, and we can raise the money because we have been Prepared.

What does God have for you? What has God been preparing you to accomplish? What tragedy or trauma have you been through that you can help others through? What have you overcome that you can assist others in overcoming? There is something that you know is within the depths of your heart that you should do, that you want to do, but for whatever reason(s) you keep talking yourself out of trying.

What God has prepared for you is for you and therefore you cannot compare if it can be done by what others have failed to accomplish. Take a leap of faith and begin now! If it has been prepared for you and your prepared for it, It (whatever your it is) will work out.
